Arctic Adventure

The Arctic Adventure package lets you experience the unique arctic environment with our selected activity partners. You can feel like a polar explorer with our dogsledding tour or take in the beautiful scenery at Onga with our frozen river walk. We provide transport to and from all activities. There is a limit of one activity per full day at Onga. See the full list of our activities below.  

At our lodge restaurant you can indulge in culinary delights crafted from locally sourced ingredients by our chef. Our culinary menu includes a breakfast buffet, warm lunch, afternoon tea with snacks and a three-course dinner. During the afternoon tea you can learn more about the local history and culture. 

Your stay at Onga includes a daily aurora walk, where we seek out the perfect spot to watch the northern lights. A short walk just outside Onga reveals a sky free from light pollution, allowing the colorful lights to dance freely above us. You will learn more about the science and history of this fascinating natural phenomenon, and our hosts are eager to help you capture the perfect holiday picture. 

When booking you can request your favorite activities and we will book them for you. Payment for all activities is made at the end of your stay. The arctic winter can sometimes be unpredictable and weather conditions may on rare occasions lead to cancellations. Therefore, to make sure you get the best experience we reserve the right to cancel activities and provide you with other alternatives.
