By the riverbank, a fire is lit setting the stage for a refined tasting ceremony that celebrates Norwegian craftsmanship and tradition.
In winter, the ritual includes ice cut from the frozen river; in warmer months, it’s the forest and the soft sounds of the river that create the atmosphere.
